Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of this website. They are short because this website does one thing: it describes a product and lets you ask for a demonstration.
Effective 10 October 2026
What these terms cover
These terms are an agreement between you and CompliMED LLC, a Florida limited liability company, at 42041 Cypress Pkwy, Suite 4 PMB 55, Babcock Ranch, FL 33982. They apply when you use this website.
They do not govern the CompliMED platform. Access to the platform is by invitation and under a separate written agreement between CompliMED and your organization. You cannot sign up for the platform here, and nothing on this website grants access to it. Where the two documents differ, the signed agreement controls.
Using this website
Use the site for its intended purpose: to learn about the product and to contact us. Do not attempt to breach or test its security, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, submit automated or deceptive form entries, or misrepresent who you are or who you work for.
We may change, suspend or withdraw the site or any part of it at any time.
Demonstration requests
Submitting the form starts a conversation. It is not an order, it does not create an account, and it does not oblige either of us to anything. We may decline any request without giving a reason.
What the form collects and where it goes is set out in the Privacy Policy.
No patient-identifying information
Do not enter patient-identifying information into any CompliMED system — including the free-text fields in the platform, and including anything you type into the demonstration form on this website.
CompliMED does not ask for patient data. No field requests a patient name, a date of birth, or a case number, and none exists in the data model. The product is built to track consignment inventory, not patients.
Two platform fields accept free text — the notes on a usage record and the narrative on a product incident report. A text box will accept whatever is typed into it. You are responsible for what you type.
This matters more than an ordinary acceptable-use clause, for a reason worth stating plainly: the platform keeps append-only audit and disclosure records that cannot be edited or deleted, by design. Information that reaches those records cannot reliably be removed — by you, or by us, or on request. The obligation therefore sits at the point of entry, because that is the only point at which it can be met.
Our content
The text, design, graphics and software on this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may read it, share links to it, and quote it with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, resell it, or present it as your own.
CompliMED and the CompliMED mark are ours. Other names are the property of their owners and are used only to describe what the product works with.
No warranty, and not medical or regulatory advice
This website is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that anything on it is complete or current.
Nothing on this website is medical, clinical, legal or regulatory advice. Descriptions of recalls, audit trails, incident reporting and compliance workflows describe what the software does. They are not advice about what your organization is required to do, and they do not relieve you of any obligation under any regulation.
We hold no security certification, audit report or compliance attestation, and we make no such claim anywhere on this site.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of this website.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any claim is brought in the state or federal courts located in Charlotte County, Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Claims are brought there.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use the site means the revised terms apply.
